By visiting Biertjemc.nl virtual store and accessing its service, packages, information or any adhering domain’s, services, etc. we provide, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (Known as a ‘User Agreement’), along with terms and conditions stated in our Privacy Policy section Privacy Policy (please find our Privacy Policy section below for more information on this).

I – All packages purchased are final as all sold items are virtual goods and not redeemable or useable in the real world. Due to this, we enforce a no refund/chargeback policy unless an exception (or special agreement) has ben made under the agreement of both parties (The user & Biertjemc's Administration Team)

6. Also notice that it is not allowed to share rank-played account, this is considered as a way to get free ranks from other players.

II – Attempt to bypass or break our refund/chargeback policy via filling chargeback case with your credit card company will result in a payment ban from all of Biertjemc's servers and adhering services. In extreme cases these actions could also cause a police investigation.

III – We are not responsible for any received items purchased by you or a third party that has lost the purchased item due to any of the following in-game experiences including but not limited to:

A server or playerdata reset.
A server punishment, Ex. Permanent Ban, Mute, etc.
Getting killed or dying in-game in any possible way.
Getting scammed in any possible way that results in the loss of the item.
When items are lost due to an account being hacked in any possible way,
with the only exception being that the hack was caused by a leak in our system.
In which case we will return the in-game items that where lost and only the items that were lost.

It is however up the user to provide us with proof that the hack was the result of a leak in our system

IV – We have full access and control of any and all feature of the purchasable goods and packages in our store as well as in-game. This most likely will rarely happen, however it is within the realm of possibilities that a certain feature or element of the content that has ben bought might be edited or refined to work differently, be fixed or removed, if chosen necessary by Biertjemc's Administration Team.

V – If any of the server(s) or adhering service of BiertjeMC are ever to shut down, refunds will not be available.

VI – You must be above the legal age of 18 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make any purchase or payment to our virtual store or any adhering payment gates provided by BiertjeMC.

VIII – We do not condone or accept real world trading in any way shape of for, because of this we do not take liability for our online goods being sold by a third party users, in the case that this happens and this comes to light we will remove the items sold from the buying user’s account and ban the selling user’s account, without the possibility of an unban.

X – Purchasing any virtual good from our online store for someone else is not allowed unless they grant you personally permission to do so.

XI – You are responsible for entering the correct username(s) for all the content that you will be/are purchasing.
If you enter the incorrect username, please contact support by sending an email to [email protected]. or by sending creating a ticket on our discord server https://discord.gg/EnnNve42yU and we will resolve the issue as fast as possible if we conclude that the claim is true.

Privacy Policy: Your information, whether it has been shared publicly or privately previously, will not be sold, exchanged or given to any third party for any personal/commercial reason whatsoever, without the direct consent from you the user responsible for making the purchase of the content. The information provided will only be used for processing the payment, issues and resolving the purchased packages and/or delivery of the purchased goods.
